WESTFIELD ROCKS REFERRALS GENERAL POLICIES
The Membership Committee of the WRRGG has final authority related to any General Policies. Membership Committee may put a Member on probation or open up a Member’s classification for failure to comply with the Member Policies, the Code of Ethics, or Core Values.
1. Members should represent their primary professional focus.
2. Members must make an effort to arrive on time and stay for the entire meeting. We understand that situations may arise from time to time where a Member may need to come in late or leave the meeting early, but please to not make this habitual.
3. A Member cannot be in another program that holds Members accountable for passing referrals. This is an exclusive referral group and each Member depends on the team of other Members for passing referrals.
4. A Member is allowed 9 unexcused absences in the course of a calendar year. If the Member is unable to attend, they may send a substitute in their place or join via Zoom; this will not count as an absence.
5. Members are expected to be engaged in the group by bringing qualified referrals and/or visitors.
6. Visitors may attend a meeting up to two times.
7. Members who wish to change their classification within the group must submit a new membership application for approval from the Membership Committee.
8. All Members must pass a yearly background check – no history of fraud or violent felonies will be allowed.
9. Application for membership must be approved by the Membership Committee. Membership Committee, at their discretion, may deny an application for any reason. The decision of the Membership Committee to deny, revoke, or suspend membership shall require a two thirds majority.
OUR STATEMENT ON EQUALITY AND NON-DISCRIMINATION
All candidates are encouraged to apply for membership in all job classifications based on qualifications without regard to race, color, gender, religion, national origin, marital status, sexual orientation, age, or disability. The Westfield Rocks Referrals group will not tolerate violation of this equality and non-discrimination statement.
